Backup should also be offloaded from the server, so automatic backups to S3 would be useful.

Configure per chain whether files should be uploaded to S3
- Either all files or only the full backups for a chain
Ability to set retention period for S3 backups separately (e.g. keep them for a month instead of week on local drive)
