Add .claude/skills/weekly-review: a Claude Code skill that builds the
weekly timesheet review (narrative summary, reviews split out, loose
ends) and writes it into the Joplin week note, plus a distill/refine
pass over the status/distill and status/refine knowledge queue.
Also track CLAUDE.md, the project/agent guide.
