An API wrapper needs to be implemented for the PaperMC API. This wrapper should support exploring all the projects and their respective versions and builds, and should provide a way to download builds. It should use a builder-style API, and use read/write trait implementations where appropriate, e.g. for providing the data for a downloaded jar.
