Use other packages from Vieter repo as build dependency #142

Sometimes a build requires another AUR package. This AUR package could then be built inside the Vieter build system first. Afterwards, the second build could then use the created package of the first build to run.

An issue with this is that this implies some sort of build order, which would have to calculated in some way.
