The CLI currently does not allow for the user to change a repo's cron schedule.

With the amount of options we're adding, I think we need to review how we're currently doing this cli tool. We can't just keep adding cli options, as it will become rather cumbersome very quickly. Perhaps an approach where we only have a few required options & allow all others to be added using a patch request would be better?
