Makepkg has a few specific errors, e.g. 8 for missing dependencies. Some of these are caused by mirror errors. Perhaps Vieter could react accordingely to some of these errors, e.g. if it is known that it's a temporary error caused by a mirror.

One specific idea I have is to re-schedule builds that ended with an error 1 more quickly. These are errors that shouldn't be caused by any user-related things, e.g. mirrors returning 404.
