Repository can be called "api" #246

The api namespace is where all API routes are, so if a user names their repository "api", the api routes aren't accessible anymore i think.

Perhaps this issue can't necessarily occur, as the api routes are evaluated before the repository routes. However, it would still be best to address this explicitely, to ensure nothing breaks later on.
