The CLI tools could really benefit from a way to search for targets. Doesn't have to be anything fancy, just check whether the given word is in the target URL.

V: the ORM syntax currently doesn't support a LIKE syntax.

I find myself looking for this feature quite frequently, so I'm going to implement it myself in V and convert it to ORM operations once possible.
