Return id of newly created targets or log
Return more informative message when uploading package
- When successful, return package name, repo & architectures it was added to
- In case of failure, describe why if possible
Same for when removing packages, arch-repos, repos

CLI

Display id of newly created target
Add "slim" option to tabled outputs that's easier to use in shell scripting
