#284 is currently being blocked by a compiler bug. Sadly however, we can't just wait until the next release because the current dev branch is broken, and we require this new feature to continue development. Therefore, we'll have to re-introduce support for developing Vieter using arbitrary versions of the V compiler. This will require a few things:

  • Update the current Vieter repository (on my Vieter instance) for publishing arbitrary commits
  • Publish Docker images for arbitrary commits

The current dev branch isn't actually broken, so we could just wait this one out as usual 🤷‍♂️
