Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Even when only sending a single request at once, it seems that the program reads some faulty memory somewhere when processing a package. This causes the parse_pkg_info function to fail, causing the package to fail to be added. This error can be kinda reliably produced by just trying to publish the same package multiple times.
