It'd be cool if there was a list of all the feeds that I'm currently subscribed to. Considering Miniflux has a simple API we can use, this should be pretty trivial to implement.

One thing to keep in mind is that certain feeds shouldn't be synced (e.g. private university feeds), so we'll have to filter certain feeds out.
