		Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may exist for a short time before cleaning up, in most cases it CANNOT be undone. Continue?
Some builds could benefit from e.g. sccache, which can be configured using env vars.
We will have to rethink the repos API for this, as it would be practical to allow sending a PATCH request to a specific repo in order to add new env vars for example.
Lots of builds will have the same combination of environment variables, possibly combined with packages defined with #192. Therefore, it might be useful to define setting groups that can then be added to a specific package instead of having to manually add each setting/environment variable to each repository.
